Vela is a platform that offers beautifully displayed and easy-to-understand wind, wave, and weather reports, forecasts, and statistics for sailors, surfers, divers, and any other water sports enthusiasts.

The Problem

Our users face the lack of access to precise and trustworthy weather information in a quick way. This lack of information can be life-threatening in unstable situations.

Proposed Solution

1. Add a warning feature to the app
2. Provide updates about unexpected changes
3. Include information about changes in the tide

Warning Feature:

Weather Updates:
The warning feature of the weather forecast web app will provide users with timely updates about any unexpected changes in the weather. This will help users stay informed and make necessary adjustments to their plans or activities.

Tide Changes:
In addition to weather updates, the warning feature will also provide information about changes in the tide. This is especially important for users who engage in water-related activities such as boating, fishing, or swimming. By being aware of tide changes, users can plan their activities accordingly and ensure their safety.

Proposed Solution

Sign In or Sign Up:
After launching the app, users will be prompted to either sign in with their existing account or sign up for a new account.

Clear Activity:
Upon signing in or signing up, the user's previous activity will be cleared to provide a fresh start.

Simple Illustrations:
The app will feature simple and intuitive illustrations to guide users through the weather forecast and other features.
